Health and welfare promotion in practice
Health and welfare promotion is implemented as part of everyday work and in several networks. The networks have been formed both by age group and theme. They include experts from various sectors as well as a wide range of organisations, educational institutions and other partners. The health and welfare promotion steering group sets up the networks that are needed in the city for the implementation of multi-operator well-being and health work. One development approach to the work is phenomenon-based service chain work.
