In Helsinki, the goals of health and welfare promotion in Helsinki are to improve the well-being, health and safety of the city residents in everyday environments. Fairness, equality and residents’ opportunities for participation are promoted with health and welfare work. It is used to prevent health and welfare disparities, social exclusion and loneliness as well as to promote the use of knowledge-based prevention methods and models. This is done to support the development of a socially, ecologically and economically sustainable city.

The survey can be completed anonymously by all Helsinki residents over the age of 15. The results of the survey will be used in the development of the new substance abuse strategy in Helsinki. Every response counts.
